On Friday 2nd October the 5th and 6th class green school representatives enjoyed a visit to Malahide Castle to be part of the presentation of the Green Park flag. This is a huge honour for Malahide Castle as this is one of the eight Green Park flags to be awarded in Ireland. The children were delighted to be involved in the ceremony and met the mayor of Fingal who raised the green flag. Each of the local primary schools had children taking part in the event. Everyone had a very enjoyable morning!
