There are various ways for parents to get involved in the PA – have a look and see what suits you!
1. Become a Committee Member
The PJP PA committee is responsible for organising and managing the activities/events on behalf of the Parent Association. The Committee generally meets one evening each month in the school (or via Zoom during Covid restriction times) where various ideas and activities are discussed in order to help enhance life at PJP.
2. Become a Helper
Life is busy, we understand! So if joining the committee doesn’t suit, don’t worry, we always need an extra helping hand during the year for events like Cake & Book Sales, Communions, Confirmations, Graduation parties and many other activities. If you are interested in getting involved, contact us and we will put you on our Helpers List.
3. Other ways to Support the Parent Association
If you have a particular skill in some area, e.g. gardening, painting, IT, Internet Safety, cake making, first aid, child nutrition, etc. OR would like to give a talk/presentation on a topic that is relevant/supportive to parents and our pupils' education OR if you would like to donate a raffle prize to one of our fundraisers, please do let us know.
