PALS- Playground Activity Leaders

Class Presidents

Following a wonderful campaign and a top secret vote , the winners of the Class President 2016 have been announced. Congratulations to Sara and Rebecca on giving a very inspiring speech.

Throughout this campaign we have learned a lot about how the voting system works. We learned about 'spoiled votes' - we had seven spoiled votes in our ballot.

We learned about reaching a quota- we had to do a second count and transfer votes from other candidates until the quota was reached.

Well done to everyone that put themselves forward for nomination - there were some fantastic posters and rousing speeches in room 29 over the last few weeks! I think we have a few future politicians in our midst!

We recognise how everyone in our classroom is unique and we respect each other.

We devised a set of 'Classroom Guidelines' for good behaviour during the year. We want to make fourth class an enjoyable year for everyone.
