The Garda Visit
The Community Garda paid our class a visit last week and talked about the work of the Gardaí. The class had the opportunity to learn all about the uniform the Gardaí wear and the equipment they use. He will visit the class again later in the year.
Cycling
For 7 weeks the class took part in cycling safety lessons, which helped to improve their cycling skills and their knowledge of the rules of the road!

The 5th Class cycling course is coming to an end this week. Over the past seven weeks the children have had great fun learning how to cycle safely!
