  The Sacrament of First Holy Communion will take place for our 3rd class students on the week beginning Monday 29th of November:

  Children making their First Holy Communion should wear neat dress/Communion clothes.

   

  Children will not attend school on the day of their First Holy Communion.

• The Big Dig

  The Mobile Outdoor Archaeological Museum - THE BIG DIG, came to our school, on Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th November to work with the third classes.
   

  The Big Dig is an interactive archaeological excavation which offers a hands-on experience, giving children an opportunity to explore Ireland’s past with the help of a friendly team of qualified archaeologists. The children got the opportunity to experience what it is like to be an archaeologist and to work on a simulated and controlled archaeology dig.

   

  All the children had a fantastic time and learned a lot.

  

• Parent Teacher Meetings

  Parent Teacher Meetings will take place the week beginning November 29th 2021. Meetings will take place by phone call. This year, we are using Aladdin Connect to organise our meetings. All parents will have received an email with information on how to book their meeting with their child's teacher. This short video below will also assist you with the process:

• School Uniform Sale

  The PA will hold a second-hand uniform sale on Tuesday 2^nd November. The sale will take place just outside the main entrance to the school from 10am - 11:30am. There will be lots of high-quality school uniforms available – all freshly laundered over the break.
