Gardening update

All the children in room 21 have been working very hard. Our  onions are continuing to grow.  We have  also planted  cauliflower  and rhubarb.

Class 16′s Trip to the Museum

Room 16 went on a class trip to the National Museum of Ireland recently. They attended a workshop there based on the Viking period in Ireland. This workshop encourages students to think as archaeologists, through hands-on, object-based learning. Continue reading

Girls Gaelic Football

Pedometer Challenge

We held a pedometer challenge in all classes on 8th and 9th of March. All classes had the opportunity to challenge themselves to see how many steps they could takeand how active they could be in 10 minutes – a long time to keep moving as fast as possible! More to follow..
